Captive- raised crows重新放回野生環(huán)境不成功，有三個原因:

1. Their vulnerability to predators. Captive-raised crows如果回到野生環(huán)境當中，會很容易被

它們的捕食者，比如hawks,給捕獲;

2. They have difciltly in building nests to reproduce. Female birds在筑巢的過程中總是會受

到male birds的打擾;

3. The eggs cannot be hatched.在最近的一次嘗試當中 ，第1次生烏鴉寶寶的female bird

下蛋之后照顧很久，蛋也沒有孵化。.

1. captive-raised crows can be trained to avoid predators.有兩種方法可以訓練它們:第- -,

可以播放hawks捕獵的recordings或是wamning cries of crows;第二，可以給它們看真實的

hawks是怎么捕獵的;

2. Researchers 已經(jīng)找到筑巢時male birds disturb female birds的原因了: crows是social

birds,也就意味著它們習慣于互相interact,但是captive raised birds are in isolation,所以

female birds在野外筑巢的時候，male birds 會去打擾。如果把female 和male birds養(yǎng)在一

起，就不會出現(xiàn)這種情況了，

3.沒有辦法hatch the eggs的主要原因并不是這些captive raised crows的問題，而是這些

eggs本身就是infertile的。這是因為female birds是在unsuccessul mating之后下的蛋。在

最近的嘗試當中，放生的crows都是frstime parents, 對于frst-time parents 來說，itis

common to fail. 如果它們多嘗試幾次，-定可以成功交配并且產(chǎn)下fertile eggs that can be

hatched.

helps workers with their ownresponsibilities, such as those who want to study or those who

need flexible working time, to do their own things. Do you agree that job sharing is good for

workers? Why?
