1、租房場景

首先辨別是租房還是買房。for lease與for sale

房子的類型有：

flat,apartment ,dormitory(dorm),student hotel ,youth hostel

一般房子有的家電或設(shè)施有：

bedroom,kitchen,stove,fridge,

microwave oven ,washing machine,

air-condition,electric fans,

radiator,electric stoves

床上用品有

pillow,pillow case,bed linen,

sheet,mattress,blanket,towel

房子的位置：

road(rd.),street(st.),lane,

門廳的叫法：

hall,lobby,porch

租房的規(guī)律為：

離市中心越近，房價越高，位置稍偏，價錢會比較有吸引力;但是便宜的房子一般有不理想的地方;

not near the center,not near the railway station,fall from the bus stop,

主要就是在課外研究一些小的項目，小的調(diào)查研究，包括對學(xué)校里各個地方，食品(咖啡、小吃)等的價格的比較，這些看似不屑一顧的東西，個人認為，這也是與文化背景有關(guān)系的，外國人注重人的實踐能力，從小培訓(xùn)，聽說他們中學(xué)生就開始寫長篇的文章，看中那個小男孩本，研究毛毛蟲，就可看出;這部分主要注意聽力，特別關(guān)注的是人名，并注意先判斷男女。

有關(guān)咖啡的一些類型：

3、圖書館場景

這部分主要注意的是時間，book名，作者，一些單詞：

borrow,lend,renew,available,out on loan,

newspaper,journal,periodical,current issues,reference books,

category,catalog,date of expiry,be overdue,

be due, pay fines,loan,period circulation desk,check out,reserve books,return in time,interlibrary service

,can`t/mustn`t lend it to others.

reserve books:指某一段時間比較搶手嗎，熱門的書目，資料的租借時間縮短。如果很多同學(xué)想使用同一本參考書，圖書館就會reserve this book.

考點：作品名稱，哪年出版，作者姓名，student card,library card，借出費用，幾時到期，欠款多少等 。

4、地理場景

一般是司機，導(dǎo)游，bbc programme 介紹某個地方，城市的基本情況。主要包括：

名字，行政區(qū)劃

人口，語言風土人情

好處，不利

吸引人之處

distance from nearest city,

population,

advantage/disadvantage;

注意轉(zhuǎn)折詞匯的運用：

however ,nevertheless,

on the other hand education,main industry;

climate/weather:wet and windy,cold and wet,rainy,cioudy.

5、選課場景

涉及選課主要是對語言的選擇：

portuguese,italian,russian,arabic,mandarin,standard chinese,

cantonese,spanish.

選擇級別：

fundamental/elementary

advanced

選課的時間，日期。

申請人：applicant,enrolmenr

admission office

6、新生報到會

新生報到會，一般下向新生介紹學(xué)校的設(shè)施，選課情況，學(xué)校的歷史，怎樣注冊，應(yīng)該做什么，不應(yīng)該做什么。
